Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support with the Supply Chain and Operations function of this growing company based in Driffield, East Riding of Yorkshire.

The RoleWe are seeking a conscientious, hardworking Supply Chain /Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and running our supply chain processes, ensuring efficient inventory management is always a priority. This position requires an outgoing and sociable person to fit straight into a busy and expanding business.

Duties

  • Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and conduct regular checks.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and supply chain activities.
  • Implement best practices in supply chain management to reduce costs and improve service levels.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to inventory discrepancies.

Skills/Experience

  • Familiarity of, or similar experience in stock control CRM's including Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
