Are you an Accountant with motor trade experience?
Rhodium Consultant are thrilled to partner with a reputable motor trade company in the search for an experienced Accountant.
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in the motor trade industry? We’re looking for a skilled financial professional to manage their accounts, ensure accuracy in reporting, and contribute to the company’s financial success.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, including VAT and Management Accounts
- Manage accounts payable, process invoices, and approve payments.
- Utilise Sage accounting software for seamless financial management.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights.
- Stay updated on financial regulations to ensure company compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the motor trade industry (essential).
- Skills: Strong financial management, analytical skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Software: Proficiency in Sage accounting software is highly desirable.
- Education: A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
