Job Title Assistant Team Leader
Hours of work Monday-Friday 0800-1700
Pay rates £13.65 per hour
Start date ASAP
Location Droitwich
Job Type Temporary but may lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
What does the Assistant Team Leader role involve?
- Supporting in leadership of daily operations
- Helping with tracking team progress and KPI's
- Reporting any performance issues
- Mentoring and coaching team
- Helping maintaining team morale

Minimum experience, training or qualifications required:
- Manual dexterity
- High attention to detail
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous Team Leader experience would be advantageous
