Full time, Permanent – 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (on rota basis)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Contact Centre Manager with the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre.
- Motivating staff to build rapport and achieve team targets.
- Providing coaching, support and guidance to staff during systems and procedures training.
- Demonstrating outstanding customer service, booking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers, ensuring departmental procedures are consistently adhered to.
- Regularly reviewing telephone and call compliance data, tracking individual performances and achievements, and taking active participation in improvement initiatives.
- Communicating ideas through delivery of workshops and team meetings and organising monthly incentives.
- HR support – recruitment, return to work meetings and employee development plans.
