Main Role and Responsibilities:
As an External Sales Representative, you will work closely with the regional sales manager to organise face-to-face visits through an agreed call plan. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strong relationships, maximising the potential of live accounts, reactivating lapsed accounts, and creating new accounts through self-generated leads or those forwarded by the internal sales team.
Industry Requirement:
The ideal candidate must have experience in the metals industry. Knowledge of industry-specific products, market trends, and customer needs is essential to excel in this role.
Main Duties
- Visits, tracks and maintains customer base in assigned territory
- Provide Best-In-Class customer service in accordance with the objectives of
- Interface with customers in assigned territories, including, but not limited to, generating sales and profits from assigned customer base
- Process customer orders (When required)
- Provide feedback to Management and Administrative Department
- Assist in maintaining A/R integrity with all customers in assigned territory
- Execute Management strategy for sales development
- Timely responsiveness to action related e-mails
- Participates in departmental and/or other company meetings
