Mechanical Project Engineer / Project Manager - Building Services Engineering
We are looking for a PM to work under a Program Manager and support the ongoing program of build projects.
Applicants must have a mechanical engineering background in building services.
- Project Engineering prefabricated plant room projects for data centres on behalf of global blue-chip clients
- Planning and scheduling material, labour, capacity to fit lead times
- Keeping a close view of designs and occasionally designing using Autocad
- Planning and programming work from time of order to delivery
- Scheduling and coordinating; design, manufacturing, delivery and hand over
- Monday - Friday, early finish Friday
Requirements
- HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Likely to have worked in a building services consultancy or M&E/HVAC contractor
- Building services experience in Project engineering, project management / supervisory, or design engineer
- Plant room knowledge
- Organised and clear communicator
