GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a fast growing and highly successful Commercial Property Consultancy in Droitwich.

We are currently looking to recruit a part time, Administrator to join their business on a on a part time basis. We are looking for a candidate that can commit to up to 25 hours per week, which can be spread over 5 days or, completed in 3 full days between Monday – Friday, with a salary of £24,500 (Pro rata)

This is an Office based role only.

To be considered for this role you MUST demonstrate experience and a good understanding of accounts, particularly sales and purchase ledger

Administrator main duties:

  • An office- based role, working as part of a team that manages a range of mainly commercial properties on behalf of our clients.
  • Management of incoming calls and email queries.
  • Administration of Maintenance and Compliance for our managed properties on our bespoke management system, Re-Leased. 
  • Obtaining relevant paperwork from contractors, uploading documents, managing tasks on the system and producing reports.
  • Administration of Insurance hub. Liaising with brokers and landlords regarding property insurance requirements.
  • Booking in inspections and organising risk assessments for properties.
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and landlords.
  • Training on Released (CRM) will be given.

Administrator desired skills and experience:

  • An understanding of commercial property (what a lease is/Landlord & tenant relationship etc) Desirable but not essential.
  • Compliance experience for health and safety purposes highly desirable.
  • IT literate. Although training on Re-Leased will be given, someone that is competent with IT systems and willing to learn is essential.
  • Good customer service and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent numeracy skills as we will need someone who is relatively confident with numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to ‘step up’ if required
