Contact Centre Team Leader - Sales & Customer Service

<£31,400 pa inc. OTE plus opportunities for Overtime

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Contact Centre Manager with the day-to-day duties of running a successful contact centre.
  • Motivating staff to build rapport and achieve team targets.
  • Providing coaching, support and guidance to staff during systems and procedures training.
  • Demonstrating outstanding customer service, booking and reviewing appointments via telephone enquiries with customers, ensuring departmental procedures are consistently adhered to.
  • Regularly reviewing telephone and call compliance data, tracking individual performances and achievements, and taking active participation in improvement initiatives.
  • Communicating ideas through delivery of workshops and team meetings and organising monthly incentives.
  • HR support recruitment, return to work meetings and employee development plans.
