Customer Service Operator

Office Working full-time 40 hours per week near Droitwich

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

Temporary contract with the opportunity to move to permanent

Pay Rate: £11.73 per hour with weekly pay

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business in the Kidderminster/Droitwich Spa/Worcestershire area. This is a temp position on going with the potential to go permanent for the right individual.

This role is extremely unique, to include administrative duties and customer service over the telephone, face to face and via email. There is an opportunity to grow and develop within the team with lots of training and support.

If you have strong Microsoft Office skills, and are looking to move into your next role, this would be a great opportunity to help you take the next step and develop further.

Candidate will need to drive due to the location of the offices.

Customer Service Operator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers over phone, face to face and via email.
  • First point of contact for incoming calls to the office.
  • Assisting with queries.
  • Updating databases.
  • The role is varied, supporting a number of high profile customer accounts, processing orders and liaising with staff and customers on a daily basis.

Customer Service Operator - Skills & Requirements:

  • Confident and professional when speaking to clients over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Highly motivated and diverse to work in the office and actively help in the warehouse with queries and stock enquiries.
  • High attention to detail and can build long lasting client relationships.
