Project Engineer - Mechanical Building Services / HVAC
My client is an established global manufacturer of HVAC plant room installations supplying throughout EMEA from their UK site. They have an excellent brand and employer reputation due to teamwork and valuing their employees' contributions.

We invite applications from Project Engineers qualified in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and will have worked for a mechanical contractor, HVAC contractor or process engineering company.
The Role
- You will join an expanding team of project engineers and project managers
- Project Management and Project Engineering - Organise planning/programming of the project
- Carry out contract review - technical and commercials
- Project planning and capital equipment procurement
- Project control including RFIs, Variations, Delays, Preparation of O&M manuals, raising monthly claims/invoices
- Attend design meetings with clients and carry out a site survey
- Design risk assessment and produce RAMS
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), lunchtime finish Fridays
You
- HNC/degree in Building Services Engineering or mechanical engineering
- An experienced project engineer or project manager
- Likely to have worked in an M&E or HVAC Contractor or manufacturer
- Knowledge of mechanical commercial building services i.e. commercial or industrial boilers, pipework, HVAC plant is a distinct advantage

We invite applications from Building Services Engineers / Mechanical Engineer with an interest in the building services or M&E sector.
The Role
- You will join and support project managers
- Organise planning/programming of the project
- Project planning and capital equipment procurement
- Cost control and interim/final accounts
- Prepare procurement plan & arrange the purchase of goods
- Project control including RFIs, Variations, Delays, Preparation of O&M manuals, raising monthly claims/invoices
- Design risk assessment and produce RAMS
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), lunchtime finish Fridays
You
- Mechanical Engineering qualification e.g. HNC in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Degree
- An experienced Building Services Engineer with either project management experience or hands-on experience with a keen interest in project management
- AutoCAD design experience
