Job Title: Trainee Manufacturing Operative

Pay Rate: £12.00 p/h

gap personnel Gloucester are recruiting for 2 Manufacturing Trainee Operatives for an ongoing temp to perm assignment in Droitwich, for a leading manufacturing company with new recovery systems. As a Trainee Operative you will have a passion for cars and have experience and good knowledge of using hand tools.
For those that are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, and a commitment to the working hours there are permanent opportunities available.
Main Duties as a Trainee Manufacturing Operative :
- Preparing car parts
- Painting car parts
- Using hand tools
- Powder Coating
- Repair damages when needed
Rotational Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4pm
Hourly Pay Rates
- Basic Rate - £12.00 p/h
Successful candidates will have experience in using hand tools and working in manufacturing environment. Due to location is essential to have their own vehicle.
