Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Flexible People Ltd are urgently seeking a full timewarehouse operative with acounterbalance licencefor or clientbased in Droitwich (WR9).

This is a full time, Monday to Friday position & the shift timings are1000am - 1900pm.

This role is for our well known, industry leading client that specializes in the distribution of wholesale cleaning products.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- To efficientlyoperate a Counterbalance forklift to move materials within the warehouse.

- To load and unload vehiclesusing a forklift.

- To transport materials to designated areas in the warehouse.

- To maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies.

- To inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift as needed.

- To adhere to allsafety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

- ToCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safeworkflow.

- To assist where needed throughout the warehouse.

Our requirements:

- We require all candidates to hold a valid externally accredited Counterbalance licence and hold prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

All applicants must be well presented, own black or navy work trousers and t-shirt, a high vis vest and safety boots. You will be representing the company so excellent customer service and communication skills are also of high importance.

You will need to be physically fit as the role requires lifting.

All applicants must have a national insurance number and be able to speak fluent English with a good ability to read and write.

Pay rates are £12.17 per hour
