We are now looking for a Programme Manager with a strong project management background in the HVAC / building services sector, either electrical or mechanical.
My client is a global organisation designing and building prefabricated HVAC solutions for data centre cooling applications and works with some of the world's largest tech companies.
You will be either a Senior Project Manager or a Programme Manager managing building services / HVAC or M&E projects
The role
- Based in Droitwich, with only limited requirement for travel
- Managing an ongoing programme of multiple project for a key global data centre customer
- Leading a multi-disciplinary team of project managers
- Managing risk and navigating challenges
- RFIs
- Client liaison
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between (Apply online only), Friday 9.30 to 1.00
Requirements
- You must be within a reasonable commuting distance to Droitwich
- You will have several years of senior project manager or program manager experience
- Ideally extensive critical cooling, HVAC, M&E, building services, pipework or plant room knowledge
- Data centre cooling experience beneficial
Package
- Salary circa 75K
- 25 days holiday
