A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Metrologist to join a UK known manufacturer in the Droitwich Area!
With no day ever being the same the Metrologist role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Programming and operating CMM Machines
- Responsible for all measuring equipment on site - CMM Machine, Vision System Scanner and Blue Light Scanner
- Developing and updating programs for coordinate measuring equipment using industry-standard platforms
- Ensure precision and compliance with quality standards.
- Creation and maintenance of standard test methods and process documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with MCOSMOS
- Experience operating and programming CMM Machines
- Experience with BLS Scan Software and trained on Blue Light Scanners
- Prior experience working with metallic minerals
