This role is based near the Droitwich, Worcester and Bromsgrove area, so candidates will ideally live within easy commutable distance of these locations. This role offers an excellent hybrid working model for people wanting home/office flexibility.

The Role:
Working for one of the regions leading construction contractors, as the Office Manager, you will be managing processes and all administration systems and NOT an admin team. This is a "process" NOT "people" management role.

This position is focussed on you leading all office duties from managing the project calendars, engineer work schedules and forward planning works; to speaking with customers, taking / processing enquiries, paying wages and producing monthly reports for the senior management team.

This role would perfectly suit an office manager, senior administrator, back office manager or similar skilled professional who enjoys a multifunction administration role whereby you will communicate frequently with customers and all internal staff.

Candidate Requirements:
The perfect candidate would live locally in Worcestershire and hold (or have held) a similar office managerial, senior back office or senior administration role for a construction contractor or engineering firm. Any experience managing and organising the project diaries of engineers, technicians, electricians, plumbers and site teams would be advantageous.

You will be highly organised and someone who can take ownership of all office processes. You will be an excellent communicator and someone confident in speaking with customers on a daily basis. It is not essential, but if you have any experience producing potential sales enquiries or leads; this too would be advantageous.
