Location: Droitwich

Hours: Monday – Thursday 07.30 – 16.15pm, Friday 07.30am - 12.30pm

Salary : £26,500

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Leader with a background in Mechanical Engineering and cable assembly experience.

In this role, you will lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring efficient assembly processes, high-quality standards, and timely project delivery. Your strong mechanical expertise, hands-on dexterity, and leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement and ensuring production goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
• Oversee and participate in cable assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to improve processes.
• Monitor and optimize production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Train and mentor team members on technical skills and safety protocols.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and drive improvements.
