Project Administrator / Project Support - 6 month contract
An immediate vacancy has arisen for an experienced Project Administrator / Project Support / Technical Administrator for a global engineering company in Droitwich.The role may become permanent.
In this role you will work alongside the project lead and project engineers to assist with project administration, planning and document control activities for the project engineering department to help meet our business and customer objectives.
The Role
- Administration for orders and purchasing, acknowledgement and enter on to the system
- Produce and issue purchase requests.
- Raise and issue client invoices
- Assist Project management team, produce document transmittal sheets and issue them
- Assist in the production of manuals from templates
- Collate and issue end of manufacturing documentation
- General project administration
Hours: 38 hours, flexible start/finish - with core hours being (Apply online only) & Friday 9.30 to 1.00
Requirements
- Previous UK experience in project support & administration
- You will have worked in an engineering, manufacturing, Civil Engineering, Construction, M&E or other technical environment
- GCSE Maths and English is essential.
- Good experience on Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Available to start the next few weeks
- Must already live local to Droitwich
- Must be highly organised and able to work in a very busy department

- Salary to 30K PAYE
