Service Coordinator (Temp to Perm)

Full-time office working in Droitwich

Working Hours: 37.5 hour working week, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (30 minute lunch)

Pay Rate: Between £11.79- £12.31 per hour dependant on experience

We are looking for an candidate with excellent organisational skills, who has a keen interest in the IT sector. If you have experience in stock allocation and working with a variety of systems, this could be the role for you!

DBS Check will be conducted for a successful candidate

Service Coordinator - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Controlling, managing and allocating stock.
  • Liaising daily with internal departments to ensure everything is up to date.
  • Managing customer inventories in line with what has been agreed.
  • Requesting and booking Engineers to site as and when required.
  • Raising orders for parts and obtaining accurate PO numbers.
  • Producing volume reports.

Customer Service Administrator - Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards.
  • Experience in stock control and IT is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving skills.
