Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications £40,000 – 45,760

Role Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces and vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix and match paint colors to ensure accurate color matching.
Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
Perform quality checks to ensure the paint job meets industry standards.
Follow established painting procedures and safety guidelines.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of painting equipment.
Role Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Painter and Prepper in an automotive setting.
Strong knowledge of paint application techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing.
Proficient in using spray guns and other painting equipment.
Attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately.
Understanding of safety procedures and practices in a painting environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.
