Transport Planner- 4 on 4 off shift pattern - required for an immediate start in Droitwich.
Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Planner working day shifts starting at 06.00 till 18.00 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern based in the Droitwich area. This role is an immediate start on a 'Temp to Perm' successful candidates must complete a minimum of 12-weeks before the position is permanent.
Our customer is looking for a Transport Planner who is flexible to work 4 on 4 off which will include weekends.
The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:
Duties of the Transport Planner -
- General administration
- MUST have at least 1 year's transport planning experience
- Planning driver routes and shifts
- Understanding driver regulations and working time directive
- Managing and debriefing drivers' infringements- Dealing with VOSA
- Liaise with internal/external customers to resolve problems.
- Driver debriefs before and after shifts.
- Dealing with calls from clients and drivers
The ideal Candidate-
- GCSE/NVQ standard. Experience of working at a similar level.
- CPC Holder (National / International)
- Reliable
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent time keeping
- Recent transport planning experience is essential for this role.
Pay rates-
Salary will be based on 48 hours a week paying 30,000 per annum.
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.
