OTE: £47,500+pa
HGV Technician Job Details
Basic Salary: £40,560pa - (40 Hour Contract)
Working Hours:
Week 1/Monday-Friday - 08:00-16:00
Week 2/Monday-Friday - 15:00-23:00
Saturday mornings as and when required at time and a half.
Location: Droitwich
My client is looking for a skilled & experienced HGV Technician for full time permanent vacancy who has a background in either a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Mechanic
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
