- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
- Work closely with production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
- Analyze quality data and trends, providing recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
- Be the go-to person for customer and supplier quality issues, driving resolutions that maintain strong relationships.
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective solutions.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001/IATF 16949) and core quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC).
