This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest quality standards across our manufacturing operations.The Role:As a Quality Engineer, you will:
  • Lead problem-solving initiatives, using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Analysis to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall product quality.
  • Analyze quality data and trends, providing recommendations to improve performance and meet KPIs.
  • Be the go-to person for customer and supplier quality issues, driving resolutions that maintain strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001/IATF 16949) and core quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
