Key exploitation Worker
Caritas Futures is supporting a well-known national Children and Young People Charity with an Key exploitation worker based in Worcestershire
As an Key exploitation worker You will support children and young people who have experienced or are at risk of criminal exploitation, helping to reduce harm and develop resilience.
This role would suit applicants who have worked in a similar post previously; however, transferable skills will also be considered.
Role will be Full Time: 12 week temp poses longer depending on funding.
Experience Required:
- Paid experience working with survivors of substance misuse, modern-day slavery, women and children fleeing domestic and/or sexual violence, homelessness, mental health issues, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Child Criminal Exploitation.
- Relevant experience working with a diverse range of complex young people.
- Skills in risk and needs assessment.
- Administrative skills.
- Experience in multi-agency work.
Essential Requirements:
- DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo one.
- On-site working to best support clients.
- A driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel across the region.
