Title: PPC Executive

Contract: Full time, Perm, Hybrid in office 3 days per week
The Role
We are recruiting a PPC Executive on behalf of a leading Midlands-based retailer. This is a full-time, dynamic position focusing on managing and optimising paid search and affiliate campaigns to drive digital marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan campaigns using relevant data and analysis
- Work closely with agency partners to manage Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing, ensuring alignment with best practices and KPIs
- Support and expand the affiliate programme, managing relationships with affiliate partners like Quidco and Hot UK Deals
- Produce and distribute regular reports to key stakeholders, providing insights into channel performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Build strong relationships with external partners, keeping them informed on product updates and promotional information
- Track industry trends and proactively identify new digital marketing opportunities
- Focus on maximising ROI across Paid Search channels by identifying optimisation opportunities
- Assist the Group Paid Search Manager with implementing strategic digital marketing initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance data to spot trends and recommend improvements
- Contribute to strategic discussions on paid media approaches, based on performance insights
- Coordinate with finance and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
Candidate Criteria
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working with Paid Search tools, such as Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities in data
- Experience creating and presenting digital marketing reports that summarise key insights
- Background working within a fast-paced marketing environment
- Foundational understanding of various digital marketing channels and concepts
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to think innovatively about campaign solutions
