General Operative required for our client based in Droitwich. This role is on a temporary basis, but can become permanent for the right person.Location: Droitwich (own transport required as no public transport available)Pay: £11.44 per hourHours: Flexible, up to 8 hours per dayType: Temporary (with potential for extension)We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our team and help with the refurbishment of machinery and parts. This is a great opportunity for anyone with an interest in cars or mechanical work and who enjoys working in a practical environment.Key Responsibilities:

Sanding machine parts to smooth surfaces
Painting parts to a high standard
Jet washing and cleaning components
Ensuring all parts are finished to the required specifications
General workshop support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

No prior experience necessary, but an interest in cars or mechanical work is a plus
Must be able to use basic tools, such as a sander and paint equipment
A reliable, self-motivated individual who works well in a team
Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard
Own transport is required due to location
