We are recruiting for a Financial Operations Manager to join a reputable company based in Droitwich. This is a great opportunity for a qualified professional with manufacturing experience. The role offers full responsibility for the finance function and the opportunity to lead and direct teams across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full finance function, including audit, payroll, VAT, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee financial operations such as sales and purchase ledger, costing, and annual returns.
  • Lead teams in Finance, Purchasing, IT, and Logistics, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Take a hands-on approach when necessary to drive results and support business needs.
  • Collaborate across business departments and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • CIMA qualified or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a financial operations role within manufacturing or an SME environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Hours: 8:15am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:15am - 3:30pm on Friday with 45 min lunch.
