  • IFA Administrator to join our friendly team.
  • Offering a competitive salary, this rewarding role will join a highly regarded caring team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to tasks within the administrator's in-box
  • Completing tasks on Client Management to ensure that new business is processed
  • Processing new business - Pensions and Investment.
  • Issuing client Letters of Authority to providers and Collating information
  • Organising Illustrations
  • Putting full review packages together
  • Valuing client portfolios
  • Checking policy documents and issuing policy documentation
  • General administration such as scanning documents, distribution of incoming post and answering the telephone in an appropriate manner and able to take clear messages
  • Timely communication with the advisers and members to notify them of any issues and ensure all requests are tracked through to completion
  • Process investment withdrawals for one off and regular payments on time for payments to clients

Key Skills

  • Preferred experience from an IFA Practice but could be from a restricted advice firm or provider.
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to liaise with clients in a professional manner.
  • Be comfortable working as part of a small but busy team.
  • To work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
