The Role at a Glance:- Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
- Band: 6
- Location: Worcestershire
- Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend)
- Schedule: Full-time, Days

- Rate of Pay: £26 per hour
As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered mental health care outside of a hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Visiting patients in the community to ensure their needs are met and provide vital support.
Administering prescribed medications at scheduled times to aid treatment and recovery.
Engaging in meaningful conversations to assess mental well-being, track progress, and identify potential concerns.
Conducting risk assessments to create a safe and supportive environment for both patients and those around them.
NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Previous experience in a community setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Confidence working independently as well as within a team
A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
