Position: Multi Skilled Roofer
Location: Malven/ Ledbury & Hereford
Salary: 32,974-35,015

Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known Social Housing company based in Wolverhampton who are searching for a Multi Skilled roofer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Malven/ Ledbury & Hereford .
Work will include:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, you'll be completing patch repair work and refurbishments. You will be able to install and replace roofs, and be competent to deliver:
- Tile and slate
- Felting roofs
- Flat roofs
- Ridge and hip tiles
- Chimneys
- Flashing
- Pointing
- Rainwater gutters and down pipes
Experience:
- You'll have significant roofing experience
- Time served or a roofing qualification will be a benefit
- Be self -motivated
- Willing to learn new skills
- You must be able to work alone, and as part of a team
- Experience of working for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council.
- Strong customer service skills
Qualifications
- Roofing Qualification (desirable)
- Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
