Think Recruitment are currently working with a well-known Social Housing company based in Worcester who are searching for a Multi Skilled Trades Groundworker to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.

We are looking for someone who skills to lay slabbing, brickwork, install and repair fencing and Drainage works.

Experience:

Experience in Social Housing/ domestic maintenance and repairs rather than commercial groundwork repairs
Understanding of providing customer service and delivering responsive repairs
Multi Trades skills
Maintenance refurbishment experience
Good all-round external groundwork and building skills
Relevant Trades based qualifications
Team skills but can work independently at times

Qualifications

Full Uk Driving License
DBS Check (Essential)
