  • Maintaining and updating quote records, preparing sales documentation, and managing customer files.
  • Processing sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.
  • Supporting sales audits, presentations, and reports for senior management.
  • Providing general administrative assistance, including data entry and filing.
About You
  • Proven track record in a sales administration role is essential.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong IT skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
