I am working with a Worcestershire based Local Authority to cover a maternity leave for a permanent employee.
The role will be a 12 month contract and we are looking for a Chartered surveyor (RICS) to cover the following:
- Rent reviews and Lease renewals
- Service charges
- Acquisition and Disposals of commercial assets
