Job Purpose

Working as a member of the Specialist Technical Support Team, you will be providing a high level of technical support. You will be supporting a DevOps environment so can expect to be investigating, diagnosing and resolving a broad range of escalated service desk tickets including RPA, (Blue Prism), Power Apps / Automate and M365 queries.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in a technical support role, investigating, diagnosing and resolving technical support issues
  • Exposure to RPA, (specifically Blue Prism), builds as well as exposure to MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate
  • Broad M365 technical support experience.
  • Substantial experience in problem solving, solutions development and system management.
  • Complex issue triage, problem investigation and coordination to closure including major incidents.
  • Ability to drive complex application recoveries in a high-pressured environment.
