We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

As a Marketing Assistant at Ballards LLP, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and collaborating with various departments across the firm. This is a varied and exciting position that requires a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be responsible for campaign management, content creation, data reporting, designing marketing materials, event coordination, and utilising various multimedia platforms.

About the role:

  • Exploring innovative advertising avenues, including radio and TV, to promote our products and services
  • Unleashing your creative talents by creating marketing materials, such as digital ads, newsletters, and posters
  • Taking ownership of the CRM database and email distribution
  • Collaborating on the production of engaging podcasts and other relevant media
  • Working closely with professional printers and designers, gaining valuable industry insights
  • Overseeing content-driven campaigns across diverse sectors
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional events and the development of promotional merchandise
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the production of high-quality marketing content and gain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' needs and preferences

About you:

  • Degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Broad marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience creating digital content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases and data reporting tools
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage internal stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies
  • Experience using graphic design tools, video editing software, and social media management platforms
