We currently have a hugely exciting opportunity for a Football or sports lover to be part of something fun and fast-paced as a Paid Media Specialist. Our client prides themselves on quickly becoming a reputable and popular name in the football community, selling a unique and vast range of football apparel, with partnerships such as Adidas, Puma and Umbro, as well as a growing customer base of over 100,000. This is a brand-new role which has been created as part of their growth.

Reporting into the Director, the Paid Marketing Specialist will manage the company’s paid social strategy against performance targets and KPI’s, whilst managing paid social activity across multiple markets with a focus on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads. In addition, the role includes but is not limited to:

  • Delivering weekly/monthly reports. Providing context around performance & proactively recommending actions to the wider marketing mix.
  • Recommending and managing significant budgets across a range of platforms to optimize our return on investment.
  • Management of audience creation/segmentation, optimising performance & creative across different audiences.
  • Driving creative concepts forward, working closely with designers.
  • Influencer marketing management and campaign focus.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends & exploring their benefits in our activity.
  • Content ideation and implementation of an extensive testing plan.
  • Co-ordination and input into the email marketing plan in line with the wider communications calendar.
  • Collaboration with the management of the Shopify website

The successful candidate will have around 3 years’ experience as a PPC Specialist, PPC Manager, Paid Advertising, Paid Search or Paid Media specialist, with proven experience of creating and managing successful paid marketing campaigns. This will include a working proficiency in Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, as well as strong analytical skills and creative abilities. Ideally, this will have been in a B2C, D2C or ecommerce environment. This role could suit a PPC specialist from an agency, looking to step into something niche and exciting, to hone their skills in-house.
