Job Title: Social Media Executive
Salary: Up to 30,000 DOE
Location: Worcestershire (hybrid)
We're looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to develop and execute creative social strategies that capture attention, increase engagement, and grow their brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging, on-brand content for all social channels, including written copy, graphics, videos, etc.
- Craft and implement social media strategies
- Actively manage and grow our social communities
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to proactively suggest new strategies.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize content and strategies
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to boost brand visibility and credibility.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in social media management, ideally in a creative or digital environment.
- Skills: Proficiency with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook) and social media management tools.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with experience in copywriting, design, and basic video editing.
