As a Fleet & Stock Supervisor youll be an important element in the continued smooth running of our business.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £24,500 - £25,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days + bank holidays per annum, birthday off and the opportunity to buy or sell holiday days and company pension.

Key areas of responsibility:

Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and comply with safety and regulatory standards

  • Manage stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and ensure timely ordering and replenishment of materials, supplies, or products to meet operational needs
  • Plan and optimise the transportation of goods, managing routes, delivery schedules, and ensuring efficient use of fleet resources to reduce costs and improve service levels
  • Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, stock movements, and operational performance, preparing reports for management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Experience required for the role:

  • Proven track record in managing a fleet of vehicles, including maintenance scheduling, vehicle inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in overseeing inventory management, stock tracking, ordering processes, and working with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment.
  • Background in coordinating logistics operations, including route planning, transportation scheduling, and optimizing the use of fleet resources for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Experience with tracking and analysing operational data, preparing reports, and using software tools (e.g., fleet management, inventory management systems) to monitor fleet performance and stock levels.
