About our Client
CAP Resourcing are excited to be working with this leading Financial Planning & Wealth Management company. Formed nearly 40 years ago our client has continued to grow and has an extensive client base. They are directly authorised and can offer products from the whole of the market (Mortgages) and use a selective panel for their protection offering.
About the Role
Our client is looking for either a Trainee or experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team based in Worcestershire, but also covering other locations when required. All leads are provided so you do not need an existing client base, full training will also be provided for the right candidate including the opportunity to gain further industry qualifications. You will work closely with Clients to provide independent advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products.
What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will be fully CeMap (or the equivalent) qualified with some relevant industry experience. You must be articulate with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients. Equity release qualification is desirable, but not essential.
What you will receive
In return you will receive a competitive salary dependent on experience, 20% commission on all written business and a comprehensive benefits package including 22 days paid holiday plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure, life insurance, private healthcare and company pension.
