A specialist rehabilitation service in the Worcester area currently have an excellent opportunity for a Home Manager with extensive experience within Neuro Care to join their team.
This service supports younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes and spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS.
About the Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager role and what the home is offering:
- A permanent full-time contract
- An excellent annual salary from 75,000 to 80,000, including bonus up to 112,000 per annum

As the Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager, you will review, evolve and improve all of the care home services through seeking and reflecting on feedbacks coupled with implementation and close monitoring of robust quality assurance systems.
What we're looking for in a Registered Neurocare & Rehabilitation Manager:
- NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
- Minimum of two years' experience working as Registered Manager, preferably within a Neurological environment
- Good knowledge of clinical standards and policies with a sound understanding and experience of Neurological conditions and working within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
