Supplying a blue chip customer base, the Advanced Manufacturing Manager position is a new role aimed at driving efficiency and facilitating growth via best in class manufacturing.
Description
The Advanced Manufacturing Manager will report into the COO with full autonomy for a critical value stream and all SQDCP metrics. You will lead a team of c120 via direct reports including production and process leaders and play a pivotal role in delivering a multiyear growth plan.
Day to day responsibility will include:
- Leading and developing a high performance culture
- Identifying and implementing CI strategies to optimise all efficiencies
- Work closely with Engineering & Quality leadership on strategy and delivery
- Drive best in class inventory and planning
- Lead on world class H&S
Profile
The successful Advanced Manufacturing Manager will possess:
- A dynamic and forward thinking approach
- Experience in the manufacture of highly regulated / safety critical product
- A strong comprehension of lean and transformation
- Demonstrable experience driving systems and cultures to develop capacity and efficiencies, ideally in a transformative environment
- Strong capability in leading process with a quality centric environment
- The ambition to be part of large scale transformation and progress into a senior leadership role
