Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and management of supplier contracts and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Facilitate communication between various departments to streamline the procurement process.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with procurement software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
