The Requirements of a Receptionist:

Must have previous reception/ administration/ secretarial experience
Ability to prioritise workload
Competent using Microsoft packages: Excel, Word
Well organised with the ability to work under pressure in a professional manner
Flexible with working hours
Must be confident on the phone
