- Being first point of contact to all customers/ visitors and staff
- Providing a professional and friendly service
- Dealing with queries from customers
- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Work alongside other members of staff to ensure smooth running of the day
- Must have previous reception/ administration/ secretarial experience
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Competent using Microsoft packages: Excel, Word
- Well organised with the ability to work under pressure in a professional manner
- Flexible with working hours
- Must be confident on the phone
