Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise and process purchase & sales invoices (including Management fees, Rent, and Income Shares).
  • Assist the Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Accountants with year-end statutory accounts and audits.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist with fulfilling financial requirements specified within contracts and leases.
  • Help prepare financial reports for board directors and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial results.
  • Undertake any other duties as required by the company.

About You

  • Early-stage accountancy student or aspiring to pursue an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA); ideally at the end of AAT or starting ACCA/CIMA.
  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements, with the ability to process double-entry journals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficient spreadsheet skills.
  • Highly organised, motivated, and effective in time management.
  • Driven and eager to learn quickly alongside studying.
  • Excellent communication skills for building effective relationships.
