Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and process purchase & sales invoices (including Management fees, Rent, and Income Shares).
- Assist the Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Accountants with year-end statutory accounts and audits.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with fulfilling financial requirements specified within contracts and leases.
- Help prepare financial reports for board directors and external stakeholders.
- Maintain the integrity of financial results.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the company.
About You
- Early-stage accountancy student or aspiring to pursue an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/ACA/CIMA); ideally at the end of AAT or starting ACCA/CIMA.
- Experience preparing management accounts and financial statements, with the ability to process double-entry journals.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficient spreadsheet skills.
- Highly organised, motivated, and effective in time management.
- Driven and eager to learn quickly alongside studying.
- Excellent communication skills for building effective relationships.
