About the Role

A proactive and commercially aware Product Analyst is required to support product development and strategy. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, analyzing data, and driving improvements to ensure products align with market needs and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive product improvements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and OKRs to optimize product performance.
  • Lead user-testing initiatives and integrate customer feedback into development.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to align product vision with business goals.


Requirements

  • Proactive approach with the ability to challenge and improve processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in Agile environments, with knowledge of DevOps or JIRA.
  • Familiarity with insurance, broking, and digital customer journeys.
