Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Community Paediatric Nurse to join an NHS team in Droitwich, Worcestershire on a temporary agency contract.

Role Details:

Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire
Contract Type: Temporary (agency contract)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: £26.50 Ltd per hour (paid via umbrella)

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Safe Waiting List to ensure appropriate care for children and young people.
Providing specialist nursing support to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for children with complex health needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Registered Nurse (Paediatric or RGN with relevant experience).
Experience working with Children and Young People with SEND.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
