My client can be flexible about how the week is structured, but it would particularly suit candidate looking for shorter working day. The role is working for a well established and growing medium sized business within the engineering manufacturing sector. This is a generalist position to tasks will be varied and include employee relations, recruitment, payroll and HR advisory services. The Role

The Person

1. Working experience in a generalist HR position
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
3. Ability to work autonomously
