Location: Northern Ireland Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000Benefits: Pension, health cash plan, 4x death in service, 22 days annual leave The role of the Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with various data centre projects across Europe
- Managing the project from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Ensuring that all works are carried out in a safe and efficient manor
- Supporting with the recruitment of staff to fulfil project
- Ensure timely handover of reports, measurements, programme changes and other relevant information to the commercial team
- Attend weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders to update on progress
- Make sure projects are completed within budget and time frame
- Working on projects in excess of £2,000,000 in value
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager - Mechanical Construction with:
- Must have Project Management experience within the mechanical & electrical installation market sector
- Ideally will have experience dealing with data centre or pharmaceutical projects
- Must be a resilient individual that can resolve site issues
- Understanding of technical drawings
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Strong organisation and time management skills
