Warehouse Operative

Reed Recruitment is on the lookout for a proactive and self-motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Dromore. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a young and rapidly growing company with a global reach and significant career progression potential.
Day to Day of the role:
- Picking, packing, and dispatching both parcel and pallet orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining high service levels by ensuring low error rates and careful handling of products.
- Assisting with service and maintenance work, as well as the production of hose assemblies.
- Upholding legal compliance, maintenance, and safety standards for all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain enthusiasm to achieve targets and objectives.
- A customer service-oriented approach with a keen focus on delivering excellent service.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- At least 6 months of experience in a busy warehouse environment.
- Manual Handling skills.
- A Bendi Licence is advantageous, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
