We are currently supporting our client who is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Customer support specialist to join their existing team.

As a Customer support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and resolving of incoming calls.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Handling incoming calls managing and responding to calls from various clients with a professional and personalized approach.

- Capture and log detailed caller information, including contact details and call purpose, for accurate follow-up

- Book and manage client appointments, ensuring availability and proper documentation.

- Accurately input information from calls and appointments into relevant systems

- Perform tasks such as document management, filing, and record updates to ensure smooth office operations.

- Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and clear responses, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.

Experience:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent telephone manner

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines

- Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions

- Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced high-volume environment

- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
